Parents of the team are asked to be at the gym by 6:15 to ensure that we can introduce our parents and players at the conclusion of the "B" Match. You are asked to gather in the southeast corner of the gym by the MPR room doors. Remember to check in with the ticket takers for your free admission into the match.
5th graders on First Day of school. Being the oldest of the Elementary wing, 5th graders get to do some cool jobs to help out with one being the American Flag. Here they are learning how to raise it in the morning and then they learn how to take down and fold it properly in the afternoon. By the end of the year, they all get pretty good at working as a 3 man team and folding flags!

This is a courtesy reminder to parents and students, although tomorrow is only the second day of school, it is Wednesday and we will have our regular 2:45 p.m. dismissal time. This will be the norm for all Wednesdays (with the exception of a few 12:45 early releases).

Farm-to-School provides all kids access to nutritious, high quality, local
food so they are ready to learn and grow. Farm-to-School activities enhance
classroom education through hands-on learning related to food, health,
agriculture and nutrition. Farm-to-School can serve as a significant
financial opportunity for farmers, fishers, ranchers, food processors and
food manufacturers by opening the door to an institutional market worth
billions of dollars. Farm-to-School benefits everyone from students and
teachers, to parents and farmers, providing opportunities to build family
and community engagement.
We would like to thank everyone who donated cattle to the school lunch program last year. We also want to say thank you to the ones who helped with paying for the processing of the cattle. The students and staff appreciate the beef much more than the beef we receive off our truck.
We are looking for a couple more cattle this year. If you would like to donate, please contact the school. For those who don’t have cattle, you can still help out in a different way. Due to the generous donations from our families and community, this program is possible. Thanks again to you all.
We’re going to have “Gold Medal” year! 6th grade orientation for the class of 2031…mastering the lockers, our schedules, and the iPads. Missing some classmates but it was a great afternoon!
