The Steam class loves brain teasers! After reading "Creepy Carrots" by Aaron Reynolds, students had to build a fence tall enough to contain the creepy carrots, using only 8 wooden sticks and 8 wood pins. They sure let their creativity shine with this fun activity!

The 3rd grade class did a great job on Mrs. Tassler's favorite Fall project: "Starry Night Pumpkin." They got to explore the work of Van Gogh's "Starry Night" to make the background of their colorful pumpkins. The pumpkins were made by practicing tracing patterns and mixing the oil pastels. It was a fun way for students to learn about art history while creating their own masterpieces!

Congrats to our winners of the Staff Door Decorating contest for the Fall season! Mrs. Tassler, Mrs. Millage, and Ms. Pittmann coming in first place for the three competitions! Stay tuned to see the Holiday magic the Charger staff is up to next! 💜💜

Sully Buttes fans traveling to Selby tonight. There has been an accident on Highway 83. If you are planning to travel to Selby tonight for the volleyball match, please plan for a detour that will take you to Lowry, and then head north to get around the accident. Also, please be aware that Highway 47 is closed due to the road be resurfaced, so that route is not a viable option. We hope to see you all there and travel safely.

Such a special treat for our SBHS Band members! Dr. Calvin Hofer (SBHS Class of 1980) stopped by band today to visit and work with our students. Such a great opportunity for our musicians to have him here. #ChargerNationMusic
