The Agar-Blunt-Onida School District would like to extend a BIG thank you to the Pierre Rural Family Medicine Residency and all the medical personnel who assisted with our student physicals yesterday. We greatly appreciate their dedication and generosity in providing this valuable service to our students free of charge. A special thank you also goes to Jalen Lamb for helping coordinate this opportunity for our students. Your time and efforts are greatly appreciated!

The SB MS Track Meet is ON for today. We will not have Discus, Long, or Triple Jump do to water in those areas. Shot Put and High Jump will start at 2:00 pm. We are now starting Running Events at 3:00 pm! Please note the time change.

Schedule for Saturday Varsity Track Meet

Due to the forecast, the YTC Conference golf meet has been rescheduled to Wednesday, 5/1/24, starting at 10:00 AM.

Due to the wet conditions, the Miller Invitational Track Meet has been canceled.

Physical Schedule for Wednesday (5/1/24) Please be reminded that all students who plan on participating in school-sponsored athletics next year are required to complete the SDHSAA paperwork and undergo a physical examination. While your child is not required to take their physical tomorrow at the school, it is worth noting that there will be no other time for them to receive a free physical examination through the school district. Due to the weather the Potter County track meet for today (4/29/24) has been cancelled. The varsity track team will plan to head to Miller for the Miller Invitational tomorrow (4/30/24).

We apologize for the change in plans, due to the uncertainty of the weather this week,- the HS track team will plan to attend the Gettysburg meet tomorrow (F-12:00/R- 2:00). If the Gettysburg meet gets cancelled tomorrow (final decision will be at 8:00 am), then the varsity track team will go to Miller on Tuesday.

The Sully Buttes varsity track team will not be competing in Gettysburg on Monday, April 29 due to the weather and facility conditions. The varsity will travel to Miller on Tuesday, April 30 for a meet (weather and conditions pending).

Doors open for prom at 6:30. Pictures at 7:30. Grand March for juniors and seniors and their dates at 8:30. Following grand March is the fun walk for grades 9-12. Grand March will be streamed on the ABO Facebook page.

-Juniors working hard today prepping for prom tomorrow! -Kenzie caught Teghan and gave him a promposal he couldn’t refuse. He graciously accepted and told Kenz he’d work on getting that side car ready!

The Potter County Varsity Meet schedule for Saturday has been postponed to Monday. The meet will start with field events at 12:00 pm. We will post an updated schedule if we get one! The varsity track team will participate Monday in Gettysburg and will not be attending the Miller meet on Tuesday.

Congratulations to Sully Buttes senior Tayveon Paxton! Tayveon has been awarded a "Build Dakota" Scholarship and has earned a full-ride scholarship at Mitchell Technical Institute this fall. Tayveon is majoring in Diesel Power-Ag Power Technology.
