Lilly's FCCLA STAR Event project is allowing Sully Buttes high school students to learn about a variety of careers today. Thank you to our local businesses for coming in to talk to the students. Today, they are learning about - Diesel Technology, Law/Judge, SD Game Fish and Parks, nursing and hospice care.
Mrs. Tassler’s 7th grade art students capped off an awesome 12 weeks with an exciting art-themed escape room! Students worked individually, putting their skills to the test to solve puzzles and brain teasers reviewing key topics learned this school year. It was a fun, hands-on way to tap into critical thinking. The last student escaped just in time!

Special Thank You to the Hometown Blessers for their generosity to the middle and high school students on Valentines Day! They generously have provided treats for all the students today!!!
The 1st and 2nd graders at Blunt Elementary had a blast learning about symmetry this week by painting Valentine's hearts! The students explored line symmetry by folding paper hearts and painting one half, then unfolding them to reveal a beautiful symmetrical design. Such a fun way to mix art and math for the holiday! The kiddos were so engaged and proud of their colorful creations.
