Our State One-Act performance is done, and now we wait until Saturday night for awards. These thespians did an incredible job and pushed themselves to do a fabulous job!! Bravo!! 💜👏💛





Ancient Olympic Games wrap up! Today we "boxed" and threw homemade javelins! Boxing involved memorizing items in a "box"- no fight club action! Winners from 6th Gold include Landrie in the boxing division and Jeremy taking the javelin win. 6th Purple winners were Arie in the javelin and Skye taking the victory in boxing.
Stay tuned for the overall city-state winner... the tabulating has begun.










Lucas YH represented Sully Buttes HS and placed 2nd in the bareback riding at the 20X High School Showcase in Rapid City Feb 2. Congratulations Lucas! 💜💛💜



Second Grade Super Spellers of the week!


Due to illness both JV contests for the Sully Buttes vs. Potter County basketball games will have JV games that are only 3 quarters.
We will start the Varsity games as soon as the officials are available. Likely between 5:30 and 6:00.

Tomorrow's JV basketball games will be held as normal. Girls JV game will be 4 quarters.

Faulkton MS Boys Basketball Jamboree


Sophomores in World History presenting their collage of the 5 themes of geography, where they chose a location of their choice and presented to the class!





Very proud of this group of middle schoolers that competed in the Pierre Acalympics Competition today. Way to go Hallie Rausch, Tatum Voorhees, Brylie Weinheimer, Deacon Irvine, Payson LaRosh, and Hudson Barber. Not able to attend due to sickness were Renlee Buhler and Bretton Barber. Congratulations team!


Two more Ancient Olympic Events took
Place today! Ancient Greek Art ( Pictionary) and Shooting ( basketballs). Winning the Greek Art was Molly in 6th purple and Shaden in 6th Gold. In the (hoop) Shooting we saw Arianna take the crown for 6th gold and Grayson the victor for 6th purple. City-State "Trophy" leads the overall team competition, followed closely by "MoneyMakers"

Reminder Girls Basketball Parents: Friday, February 7th is Senior night! We will honor our Seniors prior to the start of the girls Varsity game.

Day One of 6th Grade Social Studies Ancient Greek Olympics has commenced. 6th Purple crowned Hallie,representing the City State Trophy, as their champion. 6th Gold had Mya, representing the City State Jaramya, win the coveted olive branch wreath! Four more events will be held this week as we continue to explore Ancient Greek history. Stay tuned!

The 7th grade class explored South Dakota with Lewis and Clark by discovering supplies from their trip and items from animals they saw and people they met.
