Welcome back to school! The ABO School District will begin classes at 8:15 am on Tuesday, August 22. As a reminder the Agar route bus leaves Agar at 7:45 a.m. and the Blunt route bus will leave Blunt at 7:35 a.m.

Patrons are welcome to come and see the newly renovated Sully Buttes Gym.
The gym is not open to activity at this time, but patrons can come and walk around and see the renovations.

Reminder to all parents that the Fall ABO Open House for all attendance centers is Thursday, August 17 from 5:30 to 7:00 pm. Also, a reminder to all patrons who will be riding the Blunt a.m. route bus, it will depart from Blunt at 7:35 a.m. on 8:15 a.m. start days.

Dear Sully Buttes Parents and Athletes,
We would like to inform you of a recent decision made by the Sully Buttes school board regarding sports physicals. Starting in the 2023 school year, student-athletes will be required to have a physical every year instead of every other year. To facilitate this process, the Sully Buttes Athletic Department has partnered with Rural Family Medicine Residency to provide physicals at the school on August 1st, prior to the Fall sports meeting.
The physicals provided by Rural Family Medicine Residency will be FREE of charge, and there will be separate time slots for High School Athletes and Middle School athletes to get their physicals. Athletes are not required to sign up for a time, but they do need to show up with their SDHSAA paperwork completed. The paperwork can be accessed on the school's website (Menu – Athletics/Activities – Forms – Physical Form) or picked up from the High School Office between 8:00 am to 12:00 pm.
We would like to express our gratitude to Rural Family Medicine Residency, especially Dr. Jalen Lamb, DO, Dr. John Chandler, MD, Dr. Mariah Maestas, DO, Dr. Dominic Shuttleworth, DO, and their Site Coordinator Dr. Teresa Bormann, for providing this benefit to our student-athletes.
Please note that High School Physicals will take place from 2:30 pm to 5:00 pm, while Middle School Physicals will take place from 5:00 pm to 7:30 pm.

🎉🏌️♂️ Big shoutout to the Sully Buttes Boys Golf Team on their outstanding achievement at the state golf tournament! 🥉🏆 They secured an impressive third-place finish!
🌟 Let's also give a special round of applause to Gavin Colson who claimed an impressive 3rd place finish in the Individual Championship, while Wesley Wittler and Olivia Olson showcased their skills by securing 15th and 16th place, respectively. 🏅🏌️♂️🏌️♀️
