Third grades spent the last 2 days being engineers while creating water drippers for plants. They enjoyed the fun and frustration at times of getting their type of dripper to drip at the proper intervals. Once completed, they met Mrs. Todd's class in the greenhouse to hang up today.

These cool buttons are headed our way! In support of Coach Smith’s health battle, the PVC will be selling these on September 26th at the PC vs SB volleyball games! We can’t wait for this annual battle at the net!
5th graders were lucky today to learn about safety with power lines from the Crew from Oahe Electric. They witnessed the power they have by brats and grapefruit burning and getting super hot. Very neat and informational for the kids! It's one thing to talk about the safety, but even more important to see it. Thank you guys!

Tonight at the Sully Buttes Football game we will be doing a pass the hat for long time Gettysburg/Potter County Football coach Vern Smith. Coach Smith has been a pillar of excellence in our area and a good friend to Sully Buttes athletics he has recently had some unfortunate heath issues, the money raised will go to the Smith Family to help offset some of their medical care costs.

The Blunt 1st and 2nd grade STEAM class had a great time reading "Be a maker" by Katey Howes, and become a makers themselves by creating Playdoh faces and other elements about things they like!

3rd, 4th, & 5th Grades got to experience their first "Book Tasting" last week. They all rotated through 6 book stations at Rausch's Restaurant, where they sampled various genres, and enjoyed a cookie while reading and rating the books. It was a fun success, and we're anxiously awaiting the next meal!😉
