Mrs. Scott's homeroom is working on door decorating for Halloween contest!

"Oh, oh, oh... listen to the music" as The Doobie Brothers sang.... Our fourth graders just started our recorder unit! I can't WAIT to hear their music. These rock stars will be bringing these babies HOME for practice! It's like my second favorite day in music classes. PLUS, they have an extra day at home this weekend to practice! Whoo hoo!

Our 3rd graders' art projects celebrate Latin American Heritage with beautiful butterflies inspired by Mexican artist Lourdes Villagómez. Take a closer look at their work on Mrs. Tassler's website and watch a video Lourdes sent to our students! https://sites.google.com/view/mrstassler/lourdes-3-6

It's not every day that you have 3 people with birthdays on the same day in the same place. In honor of this, the 4th grade library class made us marshmallow birthday cakes!

On Thursday, the Sully Buttes FFA members helped out at Gross Farm's Pumpkin Patch. Members helped Mrs. Kinney's preschoolers pick pumpkins, lead students around a corn maze, and helped with snack time. Thanks for the opportunity to have us help Gross Farms!

Middle School Ag + Senior Ag Structures
Students from both classes have been out in the shop working on projects. The middle school class will be coming home with wooden pumpkins shortly! The ag structures class have been working on creating mock electrical walls and wiring outlets.
Great work Chargers!

Intro to AFNR
- Through out this week students have learned about natural resources. On Wednesday, students completed a scavenger hunt to find natural resources, non renewable resources, and pollutants. It was successful including Miss P being chased by a snake.
Great work Chargers!

Intro to Ani Sci
- In class, students began learning about the external parts of cattle by creating a scale model steer. The next day students learned about the wholesale cuts of beef. To conclude the week, students began adding the digestive system by measuring yarn and pipe cleaners to match the scale steer.
Way to learn Chargers!
